Feelings You Can Not Explain

Nothing But Memories

Digital Painting

The tools are digital now, but my aesthetics haven't changed throughout my career. I like to make art that is complicated and beautiful. Something for the eye; something for the mind; something for the heart. Life is itself complicated and beautiful. My paintings are snapshots of life's secret machinery.

I don't use photographs or scanned materials. I start with a blank screen and try to create beauty that can be made only on a computer. I call my genre "digital painting" to suggest a continuum with oil painting, etc.
