This paper is a revised and much extended version of Cosmic Acceleration, Inflation, Dark Matter, and Dark ‘Energy’ in One Neat Package, retitled to reflect the changes. It differs most notably in providing a period of deceleration of the cosmic expansion after the ‘big bounce’, and fitting the model to recent observations of Type Ia supernovae (SNe Ia). It also provides an explanation and mechanism for the organization of all gravitating matter into the observed cosmological bubbles, walls, filaments, and nodes.
